Themed classes
With an equal balance of play and rest, kids will learn how to slow down, breathe, and feel joyful! They will gain a better awareness of their bodies through yoga poses which focus on balance, strength and acceptance.
Children will be invited to participate in yoga games, yoga songs, and yoga stories. And we always end with a craft or art project that reflects our theme of the month.

"Jungle Safari!”
Come on an imaginary journey to the jungle to meet toucans, monkeys, snakes and jaguars. A class full of adventure and surprises!

“Musical Yoga”
Music can be incredibly powerful in its ability to help calm, soothe and relax the nervous system. It can also make a kids yoga class super fun! This class is full of life, movement, rhythm – as well as slowing down to mindfully notice how different music effects how we feel.

“Off to the Beach!”
Frolic on warm sand, feel the sea breeze and learn about all the wonderful creatures that live in and around the ocean. A “beach” craft included!
